We are asking all children and adults, where possible, to cycle or scoot into school on 31st March.
The school has recently joined forces with Sustrans, the cycling charity, and we have agreed to be part of their current project called the ‘The Big Pedal’. The Big Pedal is the UK’s largest inter-school cycling and scootering challenge. It inspires pupils, staff and parents to choose two wheels for their journey to school. So, Mrs Pearce would like to set you all a challenge…….to cycle, or scoot into school on Friday 31st March! We will be counting!
The whole school will be taking part in this worthwhile initiative and will also be continuing with other cycling and scootering activities with Sustrans in the very near future! So watch this space!
